Assoc Prof Scott-Young practises as a spine surgeon in the Southport medical precinct, where his outpatient consultations are held at Gold Coast Spine, located at Southport Central, and his operating sessions are performed at Pindara Private Hospital.

Assoc Prof Scott-Young performs all aspects of spine surgery, particularly in the treatment of degenerative conditions, deformity, and cancer of the spine. Being competent in all approaches to the spine, as well as the instrumentation and current concepts of treatment of the spine, he strives to match the patient’s condition with the most appropriate technology available through approaches that are minimally invasive.
