Closing Date for Nominations: 10 October 2025 (5:00 PM AEST)

In accordance with Clause 19a (2) of its Constitution, the Southport Chamber of Commerce Inc. is calling for nominations for its Board of Directors.

There are 10 positions available, including:

• President (1)
• Vice Presidents (3)
• Secretary (1)
• Treasurer (1)
• Management Committee Members (3)
• Youth Management Committee Member (1)

In accordance with Clause 12 of the Constitution, all financial members of the SCOC are eligible to nominate for vacant Board positions in 2025.

Nominations must:

• Comply with the prescribed form (available from the Secretary or from the website)
• Be supported by two (2) financial members of the Southport Chamber of Commerce Inc. (as per Clause 12.3 (a) of the Constitution)
