Shaping the future: Small Business Wellness Package Survey
The Queensland Government, through the Department of Youth Justice, Employment, Small Business and Training, and the Queensland Mental Health Commission have engaged Pracademia to conduct research (surveys and interviews) with small business owners across Queensland.
The purpose of this survey is to collect insights from potential users of the Small Business Wellness Package/ small business wellness coaching service regarding their awareness of, and factors affecting their decisions to engage with the service and supports available. The survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
Please note that due to the eligibility of the Small Business Wellness Package, only Queensland-based businesses with an ABN, fewer than 20 employees (full-time equivalents), and an annual turnover of less than $10 million are eligible to participate in the survey.
The information will be used to inform the ongoing development of the program. You will be asked your opinion about various statements regarding your experiences and attitudes related to mental health and wellbeing.
Your responses are voluntary and completely confidential, as all data collected using this survey is held by Pracademia and not the program funders.
For the first 250 completed surveys, we will send a $20 Eftpos gift card to your preferred email address (to be entered at the end of the survey). You will receive this within 10 business days of completing the survey. There is also the opportunity to participate in a paid interview if you would like to share your thoughts and experiences in greater depth, by completing an expression of interest at the end of the survey.
