The Southport Special Entertainment Precinct (SEP) is one step closer, with consultation opening to obtain feedback on a range of planning instruments to bring the program to life.

This stage of public consultation is designed to understand how you feel about the proposed amendments to the:

  • Southport PDA Development Scheme,
  • Southport PDA Streetscape Design Guidelines,
  • the creation of a new SEP Built Form and Urban Design Guideline,
  • Local Law No.16 (Licensing) 2008, and
  • the creation of a new Subordinate Local Law 16.9 (Amplified Music Venues) 2021.
