Local writers are invited to join a productive and supportive writing community each Sunday at Southport Library. The free, volunteer-led program is designed to help Gold Coast writers cultivate their writing habits while connecting with fellow enthusiasts.

Local writers are invited to join a productive and supportive writing community each Sunday at Southport Library. The free, volunteer-led program is designed to help Gold Coast writers cultivate their writing habits while connecting with fellow enthusiasts.

Participants work on their own projects in a structured environment using the Pomodoro time management method, which breaks work into focused intervals with short breaks to boost productivity and concentration. Writers are encouraged to bring their laptops and projects and enjoy a dedicated space to create.

Writing Sunday is made possible in collaboration with the Queensland Writers Centre and the Gold Coast Writers Association. No bookings are required.
