2023 Annual General Meeting

As we approach the end of another remarkable year, we're thrilled to extend an invitation to you to join the Board at the 2023 Annual General Meeting.

This is a great opportunity to engage and network with fellow members, and gain insights into the future direction of our organisation.

Current members play a crucial role in voting in the Southport Chamber of Commerce Board for the next 12 months. At the AGM, all current Board members including the President will stand down. Candidates will be read in alphabetical order for each position and voted in at the AGM.

Members who are not able to make the AGM in person can nominate a proxy to vote on their behalf using a proxy form. This form must be printed and shown in person at the AGM by a current member to count as a carried vote.

6:45am: Arrival and barista coffee

7:10am: AGM start

7:40am: AGM finish, light breakfast, business networking

8:30am: Event concludes
