Do you have employees who have finished their studies in the last couple of years? If so, you might be interested in Study Gold Coast’s fully funded training program for recent graduates; their Kickstart Graduate Program is designed specifically to provide graduates with practical workplace skills to build their effectiveness in their organisation.

The program provides a full schedule of workshops and mentoring for participants to fast-track their personal development skills. The program is completely free-of-charge, but registrations are essential by Friday 26 February 2021. See the employer testimonial video here.

Your employee participants will receive varied training through practical and interactive workshops, guest speaker presentations, mentoring and coaching from business leaders, networking with peers and the completion of a significant project. Participants will gain career skills and increase their personal development, setting up both themselves and the business for future success.

This fully-funded program consists of 12 half-day sessions, taking place every three weeks from Wednesday 10 March 2021, culminating in a final workshop and presentation on Wednesday 27 October 2021. Workshop topics, dates and the registration form are available on the Study Gold Coast website.

Sessions will take place at various locations across the Gold Coast, hosted by participating businesses.

There are two streams to choose from: Professional Services and Trades. Each stream will cover the same topics but the discussions and activities will be tailored to the needs of the Graduates' industries and positions.
